    How to get a refund after buying minecraft on a now locked account?


    Hello, i recently purchased minecraft the other day, when i tried logging in it says that the account i bought it on is locked for suspicious activity. When I try to appeal it, the phone verification code is unavailable and asks for an alternative method, which they did not provide. Can I please just request a refund for it even if that account stays locked?

    But after, how can i refund my money from the microsoft account.

    I Bought XBOX and windows carte for my son "Marius" to put money on his microsoft account to buy Vbucks.

    Now i know it's not possible to buy Vbucks for windows, from the microsoft store, how can i refund my money from microsoft account.

    Because my son is very disappointed

    I bought minecraft a long time ago, and played it just a week before, but now i am being told that i do not own the game aft caund that i can only play the demo.

    The error i mentioned that happened after i clicked buy it now the first time and it said i do indeed have minecraft. After clicking ok, and error saying "sorry we were unable to get your account information. please restart your launcher" appeared in the top left. When i restarted nothing changed and when i clicked buy it now again i am now instead prompted to buy minecraft again.
