How to get a human to review a ban?

Is there no way to get a human reviewer ? They have bots banning accounts and bots doing the appeals... YouTube has human reviewers, Xbox is 1/50th the size of YouTube, how hard is it to employee some human reviewers?

you will find most small infraction bans are automated and have zero human interaction which can be seen multiple times and proven.

if more than a 24 hour ban then you can submit a review and then it has to be looked at my an actual human.

Unfortunately this is the way most woke companies are going.

Just Scientist, too many complaints will not cause the system to ban users. Every complaint is reviewed by human eyes.

Be aware, that whenever someone reports you on Xbox Live, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry and send that in along with the report. In your case it would be the message you sent.

That report along with the evidence is then reviewed by a real human being, and if you really didn't do anything violating the Code of Conduct, you will not be banned.

So if you think your ban is unjustified, you need to go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com and depending on how long the suspension lasts (it has to be longer than 24 hours), you can file a Case Review.

That case review is then again read by a human being, and they will then review the evidence from the original report with your information from the case review.

If you could provide evidence that the suspension was unjustified, they can then un-suspend you.

Hello again, yes, review and done by humans, but unfortunately we just have no way to contact them or interfere with the enforcement decision.

As for the ban, unfortunately just wait for it to end.
