    How to get a human at Microsoft for billing issues and help?


    The Microsoft Contact Us link is useless. I need Xbox billing help, Xbox customer support number no longer works and they direct you to the website. The website gives an option to talk online chat with a human but it times out. The same with regular Microsoft
    chat support. Is there ANY way to get a human being online or on the phone? There aren't even any options for them to contact me, or for me to even fill out a form to get help.

    Can anyone point me to a direction to get help?

    How to reach a human at Microsoft

    No problem.

    Go
    here    :

    Choose Xbox One, then no thanks to the virtual help, then select "security". You will then be presented with the option to speak to an MS agent.

    Hope this helps.

    Ah, so it is in fact a 'trick' to get to chat with a human. I have to know that I must pretend to have a Security related issue/question in order for that option to be presented.

    You should be able to request a call back at Contact Us | Xbox Support Depending on what option you pick, it may not show up, so you may want to pick a couple of options until it shows up.

    Hi Ambassador. Unfortunately what you suggested is specifically what doesn't work and why I'm here.

    Do you have some more specific details on how to get to the promised land of Microsoft Human Interaction? I've been on various Microsoft / Xbox website for over an hour now to no avail.

    Go to the contact site. Click billing under where it asks what you need help with. Click "no thanks" to the virtual assistant. Then click the topics until the "request a call from support" is shown under contact method. I just did other under payment and
    purchases and it gives the option for a call back.

    They no longer use a direct phone number. It will just redirect you to the website.
