I NEVER consented for my card to be charged for Xbox live. I ALWAYS bought a giftcard when I was playing xbox live for a membership. My card was on my account for renting and buying movies. Obviously I'm just not that great at finances but I discovered that
my card has been charged for Xbox live for the last 2 years when i have not been an active player and never approved my card to be charged for this. The most an on line chat or person could give me was a 3 month refund. I cannot figure out how to get a hold
a hold of anyone online chat, thanks in advance!

I promoted from child to adult, and lost my gold status. I was previously in a family gold account.

Then could you tell me how I can get a hold of Xbox live support?
