1. Hope the cops get it back

2. Claim on insurance if you have it

3. Buy a new one when able, and if you have recovered account then you keep all your digital content and progress on games etc

Another thing that you will want to do is to make sure you change the password on any account that was on that console so that way if you have it set to automatically sign you in the person that stole your Xbox will not be able to sign into your account
without that new password.

Ok, securing your home against break-ins is NOT MS's responsibility. This is why I have renter's insurance, as well as a security system in my apartment that's networked to an app on my phone. My advice, if you have renter's or homeowner's insurance, file
a claim, and if your insurance company tries to gank you, see a public adjustor. If you don't have insurance, get it before getting another XBOX.

If you have the serial number of the console you can contact support and let them block the console from being able to connect to Xbox Live. Making the console a brick basically.

Other than that Microsoft/Xbox will unfortunately not be able to replace a stolen Xbox.
