    How to get a code sent to my original email


    I have been an Xbox player since I 8 and now I just got hacked for now changing my password since I was 8 like wow. I haven’t used my alternate email and forgot the password to it and can’t log into it. I’ve been on this **** for a week now and it’s really pissing me off now. I am providing Microsoft with all the correct information. I have 2 xbox platforms. My original xbox one and the the Xbox one x that I got recently.

    i have checked all my folders and there is no code, if it would be possible could a code be sent now? a reason i may not have the code is because i changed emails in the contact section due to me no longer having access to the original email i had on here.

    I did pre-order the game. I redeem the Overwatch origin edition code that sent from my email. It says bundle only for me and I don't see it in my gallery.

    Once the emails were sent out, it was my understanding they would not be resent. Because the codes were sent out in batches prior to today, then yes I would assume it is in the other email. My suggestion would be try anything you can to get access to get
    that code.

    Did you have 2fa on? It’s going to be difficult to get it back
    I did, I need a code sent to my email and the code from the Microsoft Authenticator app to reset my password. I can do the code from the app but I’m not getting a code sent to my email, I’ve done this many times before but it’s not working now.
