How to get a ban appeal

I was just wondering how and why I was banned from Xbox live. I have recently received a ban from a game I have played for the past 3 years (Dead by Daylight) for using exploits and/or glitches for a competitive advantage, while I am confused I am also angry with this. The "glitch" I used did nothing to benifit me in any way, and in-fact hindered my ability to play. Not being able to play the game is fine, but having everything I have bought and worked for the past 10 years of my childhood taken away is extremely upsetting. Not only that, but having my long term Minecraft account taken away with years of progress in the dreaded "Hypixel Skyblock" is even worse, considering when I bought the game, It had nothing to do with Microsoft.

And to make matters even worse, Xbox support has been anything but helpful, I asked for a case review and then received an e-mail from a bot not even an hour later.

Is there anything I can do to get my account back or let alone my data/money?

Xbox support has nothing to do with suspension wouldnt be able to help with them. Only the enforcement team deal with bans/suspensions.

The only way to ask for a case review is from the https://enforcement.xbox.com/ which from what youve said sounds like youve already tried.

Just a friendly reminder though that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team that can be reached by reporting a player or by filing a case review.

The Xbox Support do not handle them and the best option now is to sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com because there is no direct contact with them. I'm sorry.

All you can do is have your brother sign into his Microsoft account at
https://enforcement.xbox.com and go to "How Do I?" at the top of the page. Click on it, then on the new page, select "Case Review".

Also, keep this in mind - what you did may have been a joke, but there is a chance you may have cost him his Microsoft account and everything owned on it. Hope it's not a permanent suspension.

You would have had to submit a case review through the enforcement site at the time the ban was given. If that's what you did and what you say was denied, then the enforcement team decided the ban was warranted. If that's not what yoy did, you would no longer be eligible to appeal since the ban is over 12 months old.

The terms of service are not to be taken lightly you may be able to appeal but don't expect them to overturn the decision.
