How do you request a call bak?

Yeah currently on a playthrough of witcher 2 but been side tracked by minecraft I will get bak to it tho really nice game imo

All my gamerscore has been reset but when I looked in my achievents one of my games scores came bak and I clicked of it and then bak on it and another had appeared I clicked of waited ten minutes. And clicked bak on and all the scores were bak apart from
fifa 12 which is what I have played today. My overall gamerscore is still. Not what it should be even though it shows the games individual gamerscore
