    How to fix ??


    I have a problem using Xbox party the past week I’ve tried being in a party with people every one could hear each other, other then one person he joined the party and none of us could hear him what so ever but he could hear all of us and in the party menu it said he was talking but again no one could hear him. We call tried to help him fix it but no luck we call checked for updates and did them if anyone had any and he checked his nat and that was on and I tried finding the answer online but no help Any ideas on how to fix it any help would be great????

    Before offering you any help, I would like to know what steps you followed, you mentioned that you have tried everything but I would like you to specify the steps you have taken to try to solve the problem. I would recommend performing a reset on your console while keeping the games and applications by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
    3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

    If the problem persists after this, it is possible that your console has a hardware problem, so it would be advisable to check if you have an active warranty to send it for repair. To do this, you must enter the following link and register your device:
