    So I got my account login on my Xbox series X I had the white screen issue but fixed it but whenever I came back this morning and asked me for my password then it did it again so I factory reset it and it’s still not working and I still keep getting the white screen

    Before offering you any help, I would like to know what steps you followed, you mentioned that you have tried everything but I would like you to specify the steps you have taken to try to solve the problem. I would recommend performing a reset on your console while keeping the games and applications by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
    3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

    If the problem persists after this, it is possible that your console has a hardware problem, so it would be advisable to check if you have an active warranty to send it for repair. To do this, you must enter the following link and register your device:
