    Hello, I've been trying to register for the Xbox rewards program, but it always says "Your country is not available" even though my country is U.S. (VA). I checked, says that it is an authorized country for the program.Additionally, I am thirteen years of
    age. Not sure what to do.

    We see that your Xbox Live Account region is currently set to Argentina. Since that country is not a Rewards eligible region, you cannot sign up for the program.

    Before offering you any help, I would like to know what steps you followed, you mentioned that you have tried everything but I would like you to specify the steps you have taken to try to solve the problem. I would recommend performing a reset on your console while keeping the games and applications by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
    3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

    If the problem persists after this, it is possible that your console has a hardware problem, so it would be advisable to check if you have an active warranty to send it for repair. To do this, you must enter the following link and register your device:
