    so i researched a lot and found out how to fix it

    1. 1. Press the Guide button on your controller, and navigate to System > Settings > Network > Network settings .
    2. 2. Select Advanced settings .
    3. 3. Select Alternate MAC address .
    4. 4. Select Clear .
    5. 5. Select Restart .
    6. 6. Restart your Xbox One, and check to see if you are able to connect to your wireless network.
    it worked for me i hope it helps other and, ik its not a question its a answar

    in profile and system menu when i choice + add new it should lead me to title screen to entering my email and password but , after 2 second it will show the black screen and it moves to xbox dashboard . its almost 1 day i cant play with my xbox because after
    i did reset but keep my games and app now i dont have any account on my console and even i cant play offline .

    So unfortunately it hasn't worked when the xbox was seeing if there was an update it showed there was a problem with the wifi not being connected so i went in and i tried to connect the wifi its not showing any wireless networks and still show the security
