    How to fix "XBOX isn't supported by this country/region" error to install XBOX app in PC?


    I've been having an issue where I can't install any games or apps in the Microsoft Store and I've tried every method possible including contacting the Microsoft Support Team. So I attempted to install the games I want through the XBOX App. However I can't install the app through the Microsoft Store for that same issue and after acquiring the installer through the XBOX browser, I get the same error message saying "Looks like something went wrong. The XBOX app isn't supported by this country/region".

    My problem is that its clearly not true as while I was contacting the Microsoft Support Team, they transferred me to an XBOX support team that confirmed that my country/region is supported. I checked to make sure my region information and timezone is properly synced and even then I still get the same error. I'm just not sure what to do now and it seems like the XBOX App is my only chance to install any game Microsoft related.

    Hi Jose!

    From which country are you currently located? Did you make sure to set your Windows PC region to the correct country?

    If you use VPN, please disconnect from that service.

    However Puerto Rico USA Is.a.xbox live region that's your issue
