    My Ubisoft extension isnt loading when i try to download Rainbow six seige, It keeps saying Updating but doesnt update I was wondering how i would fix this.

    My Xbox Live keeps dropping partys and (Xbox Live) will disconnect and also It will kick me from online multiplayer games saying that the server disconnected

    xbox live is a damn joke i talkin with a xbox live person and they keep tryin to say its my internet how the hell its my internet it never did this before and all this happen right after that damn update and hear this they said they not makin a update
    to fix this sayin it not the xbox its your internet how my internet and i got 1 of the best internet comcast baby

    I have the same problem. Mine got jacked during the update to the app. now it just says wait a bit and try again and its been 3 days...

    no it is not false advertising they just never updated that part of the site the family pack has been discontinued for a while now and those who had it were able to keep it for about 3 months after disbanding. I am sure that once all the remaining family
    pack accounts expire past that extension THEN the site will be updated but that is just a theory.
