How to fix xbox and discord link?

Hey, I have a Xbox series X and suddenly discord chats wont show up anymore, when I click the discord icon on my xbox it loads for a few seconds then tells me I need to relink my account. But everytime I go through the process, nothing changes. I still wont work and just keeps telling to relink my account and sends me through the same process. I've relinked several times, unlinked and relinked on the xbox and both apps, nothing changes. This is pretty irritating and no other discussions I've found provide any insight.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem but don't worry, it is possible that this problem is due to a sequel to a problem that occurred with the Xbox servers a couple of days ago, so I ask that we wait. Until the services are restored so that they can be used frequently again, since when are you having this problem?

According to information obtained here from the community forum, I found that a user who was having this same problem found the solution which is the following:

1. Enter the "Discord connections" options and unlink the Xbox account.
2. And also disavow it, it will send you a message if you are sure, say yes.
3. Once this is done, link your account again but from the Xbox mobile app.
4. Go into linked accounts and relink the discord from there.

Same. Linked xbox and discord profiles for months and then trying to connect to discord voice on xbox gives message that i need to relink accounts regardless of how many time i relink accounts. The manual dns fix doesn't work

Another possible solution to fix the XBOX voice Chat not working/transferring with Discord is to try to unlink accounts in Discord app, on Xbox and Xbox app all together, then link my Xbox account using the Discord app. Now it should start working on the console.

Hi ----, actually there was an exact same issue about this on Discord around December 1st, but it was supposed to be already fixed by Xbox and Discord team.

But today, we are getting handful of other users experiencing same issue again. Even already linked Discord on xbox still asking to be linked back.

The issue might be resurfacing, this was the notice discord posted on the last issue.
