How to fix ‘won’t connect to Live Error Code 80151912’ on Xbox Live

When I boot up Xbox 360 games I try to sign in, and get the error code and “can’t connect to Xbox live”

This is happening on both our Xbox 360 console, and Xbox One X console…Xbox live servers were down or something yesterday for a little bit, but we’re supposedly “resolved”…

I’ve tried like everything.. looking for help to see if anyone knows how to resolve this…

Has happened to me three times this year. The troubleshooting methods did not work and I had to wait 1-2 weeks before it suddenly started working again.

According to information obtained on the Xbox Support Twitter, they say that they are aware of this problem, in fact many users have reported this failure.

They reported that it was already solved as mentioned by the person previous to this comment, but perhaps they presented another problem. It's all a matter of waiting, since any step I suggest is not going to work.

Hey, yeah it’s happened to us a few times too… frustrating, definitely… especially after you’ve tried like everything, I even hard reset my Xbox. lol.
