How to fix what account Minecraft is on

So when I first bought Minecraft a year ago on my PC, I didn't realize I bought it under my moms account. I was still figuring out how to properly add my own account to windows. The computer itself is still under my mom's name but her Microsoft account is no longer connected to it. After I deleted her account I was still able to play Minecraft, but now I'm not able to. Is there a way to transfer my purchase?

Just to verify, did you mean you removed her account from the PC or you deleted/closed the account? In other words, can you still access her account online at account.microsoft.com?

Minecraft corrupted my account and they dont know how to fix it. Maybe that happened to you. apparently it happens a lot. I had to make a few accounts to fix it.

I reached out to Mojang after submitting this. They said it was an account problem, meaning that Microsoft will be able to best help me. They also said that the account might have cached to Minecraft. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I am having the same issue. I can't log into my microsoft account In minecraft on ps4 however, I have no issue logging into my account on the xbox website and Microsoft website so what's the problem and how do I fix it?
