On roblox whenever i try to purchase robux it either makes my game crash or says This purchase cannot be validated please try again later

is not valid (80151103)". This will teach you how to fix your issue.

I would suggest returning it to your retailer actually. If it's brand new, you will have no problems returning it with a valid receipt.

Or if you contact support directly and tell them your issue they should be able to send you a valid link or fix the error you are getting when trying to reach the form.

I wouldn't know how to fix your prolem though.
