How to fix unresponsive keyboard Xbox s?

I would be playing games using keyboard (Razer CYNOSA v2) and mouse (Razer BASILISK v3) when the keyboard would become unresponsive at any give moment. The mouse would still work perfectly fine. I’d have to restart the game to be able to use the keyboard. I’ve tried unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in but it does not work, the game must be exited. Any way I can fix this?

I did the factory reset which had no success. I’ve tried with another keyboard and results are still the same.

What Xbox console model are you using specifically?
When did you first notice the problem?

To isolate the issue, have you tried playing on a different game if the issue is still the same?

If that only happens to one specific game, it may be a game bug. You may try to clear your game's local data instead:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.
After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:
Press and hold the Xbox button in the centre of your controller.
Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

Thanks for confirming, Mitchell. Since you've tried the factory reset and same issue happened, it must be a system issue or bug.
