    How to fix unresponsive controller?


    I bought a new Xbox one wireless controller last week and it has randomly disconnected twice and then today full disconnected. The controller is still alive and will blink when I try to re sync it but it never syncs. If I hold the sync button for too long it vibrates and turns off which I’m not sure what that means. Would love advice on how to fix this. The batteries are also brand new and even put a different pair in from a working controller.

    I tried this several times but it only fixes it temporarily. It soon goes back to not turning the controller off when shutting down and then being unable to power on the system with the controller. Kinect is as unresponsive as ever.
