    How to fix this?


    My console keeps restarting. I just had it serviced and the same problem. I had 2 new xbox series x consoles like the one I had serviced except Diablo 4 consoles . They both continually restarted. The only difference that my console had over the year i had it is the operating system was updated and it became like this.

    I have a memory card 3 USB hard drives and it's hard wired to the internet. It worked fine since it was purchased till recently. I wish I could contact Microsoft but the contact system doesn't work well. I don't like playstation or Nintendo. I guess I'll go to an xbox one x. If anyone knows how to keep it from restarting I'd appreciate the information. I've tried everything.

    Before offering you any help, I would like to know what steps you followed, you mentioned that you have tried everything but I would like you to specify the steps you have taken to try to solve the problem. I would recommend performing a reset on your console while keeping the games and applications by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
    3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

    If the problem persists after this, it is possible that your console has a hardware problem, so it would be advisable to check if you have an active warranty to send it for repair. To do this, you must enter the following link and register your device:
