    How to fix

    You Will need to do a power cicle on your console, press and hold power button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again.

    Hello epicplaneflyer,

    We see that your Xbox Live Account region is currently set to Argentina. Since that country is not a Rewards eligible region, you cannot sign up for the program.

    I assume you have tried to restart your PC? Also check if any updates are available for Windows 10.

    Have you tried to refresh the Xbox app using the refresh button in the upper left corner? I'd assume this issue is caused by Xbox Live services currently not working properly which is why I guess there's not much you can do in order to fix this. If that's
    your custom gamer picture you could try changing it and see if that fixes the issue.

    Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
    *xboxapp*|
    Remove-AppxPackage

    4. Hit Enter.



    Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

    Before offering you any help, I would like to know what steps you followed, you mentioned that you have tried everything but I would like you to specify the steps you have taken to try to solve the problem. I would recommend performing a reset on your console while keeping the games and applications by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
    3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
