The “server sent broken packet” error in Minecraft: Bedrock usually points to an issue with how the game is connecting to Xbox Live or multiplayer servers, not just your install. Since you’ve already done a clean reinstall, here’s what to try next:

Make sure Xbox Live services are up:

Visit Xbox Status page and check “Social and Gaming” or “Minecraft” specifically

Sign out and back into the Xbox app and Microsoft Store:

Open the Xbox app > sign out > close the app

Open Microsoft Store > sign out > close the app

Reopen Store > sign in

Reopen Xbox app > sign in with the same account

Make sure the Xbox app, Gaming Services, and Minecraft are fully updated:

Go to Microsoft Store > Library > Get Updates

Sync your system time:

Go to Windows Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time

Set to auto sync, and manually sync time
