How to fix Rumbleverse not starting/

I am trying to play Rumbleverse on Xbox series X. Whenever I start the game, I cannot get through the Rumbleverse title card before the game immediately closes. I have already tried both restarting the console and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Any help?

Do you have the series X or S?
I know for sure if you have, its an optimized game so it would have to be installed on the internal drive regardless. But I see you are still running into issues regardless of placement.

Only other things I could think to recommend:
- Try a hard reset of your console.
- Make sure you Console itself is updated.

Also and lastly, Do you participate in any of the preview programs?

I have the same issue

- I do not have any external storage units plugged in

- I do get an error code in game it says PD-003

- it is only happening for rumbleverse

I’m having the same problem and yes I do have an external storage unit whenever I try to start the game I will not get past the first loading screen it automatically boots me out and says there is a network error even though I am connected to my wifi please get back to me as soon as you can

I'm having the same exact issue so I can answer your questions.

Yes I do have external storage plugged in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both the hard drive and the external hard drive, but game still won't launch.

No error codes or messages at all, it just goes back to home screen.

Not happening with any other games. Just Rumbleverse.
