How to fix razer kaira sound issues

turned my Razer kaira headset on today, and instead of making a sort of nice toned beep noise, it makes an unpleasant sort of bass boosted one, ive tried to change volume levels and stuff, any specific reason why and how to fix

Soooo it's still not fixed, will it ever be? Thinking of maybe getting the Razer Kaira Pro as a replacement... I really wanted this be headset to work, it's a shame.

I bought Razer Kaira and can say. Really the problem isn't very critical. I have annoying noise when no sound (e.g in the main menu) and sometimes maybe once every three hours crackling that goes away on its own after a couple of minutes. It's really strange why mikes don't want to fix the problem. But xbox - one love whatever.

I wanna know if I have to use an Xbox adapter to connect things like a razer kaiira or Xbox controller. because windows 11 has lots of Bluetooth issues and using headphones on Bluetooth has its own share of problems, like joining a discord using razer Kaira pro(Bluetooth) just lowers the audio quality by as switching to handsfree mode or smtg like that
