how to fix my red dead

Please try the following procedures to see if the problem is resolved:

1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

If the problem persists, please reset your console to its factory settings, keeping your games and applications:

Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.
