how to fix my NAT type being unavailable and service info being unavailable

We may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware to refresh the connection between your Xbox and your router.

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

it didn’t work but thanks for trying to help i appreciate it.

I'm having the exact same problem and I've tried power cycling my modem and still have not been able to solve the issue

Have you tried to power cycle your internet modem and router to see if that helps yet?

Im having the same problem except it connected once for about 5 minutes and since yesterday wont connect at all. Ive moved it to another room and still wont work
