    How to fix my invalid product key


    I tried to install Fable 3 after I reformatted my PC. Now all it says is that the product key is invalid. How can I fix the key or get a new one?

    Invalid product key

    I bought GTA IV on Steam a while ago and finally decided to play it. It is telling me I can not save any progress unless i sign in to Windows Live. After that it has me enter my product key. When I do it tells me i can not sign in because the key is invalid.
    I've checked multiple times and i am entering the correct key. How do I fix this?

    Hi, I bought recently bought Grand Theft Auto IV (PC) (disc) from Target. I can play the game offline in mutliplayer perfectly fine. But I can't get multiplayer to work. GFWL gives me this error "Can't sign in cause your product key is not valid. Please
    enter a valid product key. I have the correct product key. I have typed it correctly over and over. But it keeps giving me the same error. I have tried searching for solutions but they don't work. I have the right product key, I'm not sure what I am doing
    wrong. The game was sealed, new. If you have a solution please answer. Thank you.

    What I suggest is for you to go over this article:
    'Solve problems with activation issues for Microsoft games and mapping programs.'

    This article was recommended on another forum thread: Fable 3 Product Key is invalid but purchased legit and sealed.

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue with being able to install Fable III onto your Windows PC and are receiving an error involving an invalid product key.

    Could you explain in what way the PC was formatted?

    Is Fable III being downloaded through the Xbox App or through a different source?

    Invalid Product Key

    The best solution would be to take it back where you bought it and ask for a new copy. I kno stores don't usually take pc games but you have a legitimate complaint and are looking for a replacement as opposed to a refund.

    In the event that you can't return it, I'd recommend contacting rockstar support as they are probably the best people to go to for this.
