How to fix my controller that keeps disconnecting?

Do you have 5G mobile data turned on when you're using your Xbox console? If yes, can you please turn it off in the meantime and test it out if the issue will still occur?

Thank you for that. If this is happening with multiple controllers it may mean that it’s the console. When you reset the console did you choose keep my games and apps or remove everything?

For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

Sorry to know about the issue. Since it's happening to your new controller as well, the issue must be with your console. Please make sure to check and eliminate any wireless interference near or between your console and controller.
