how to fix Minecraft realms, Microsoft account set up improper.

When I log onto Minecraft it says you cannot play on rounds because of how your Microsoft account has been set up, please ensure your online safety settings, allow multiplayer and clubs. See instructions for changing these at aka.MS/MC multiplayer help. I have looked at the Settings and it has allowed multiplayer. I have even tried blocking multiplayer and clubs, and then re-allowing it and it has not done anything different. Please help me fix this.

Seems like you have performed the necessary steps. If you’re on Xbox, an active Xbox Live Gold subscription is required to play an online multiplayer game such as Minecraft, to check follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
