I guess, there isn't that much I can do, but steps I tried fixing this issue were using different devices (Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Windows PC, Android Smartphone, different browser and apps like bing), logging out and in again and changing the selected location for my profile (I'm located in Germany). Nothing worked..

Also, I reached out to the Microsoft Rewards team as recommended, but didn't get a response yet.

Rewards app won't work for either the Xbox One S or the Xbox Series S trying multiple internet connections and DNS servers
