    I set up a passcode for my xbox one account through microsoft but xbox is not asking for the passcode to sign in on other devices how do I fix this?

    Hello Marina! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.
    You can set up a pin on the Xbox using the steps below.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN > Create my PIN.
    Enter a 6-digit PIN, and then re-enter the PIN to confirm.

    I have found that by clicking "use web pages fomatted for mobile devices" in Edge settings I can now use the sites that were causing problems.

    Also the scrolling to bottom of forum threads thing only happens when I am logged into the forum....it is not preference settings as I can log in with other devices and it does not happen.

    Have you tried using a wired connection for the XBox? Preferred and superior to WiFi.

    Hello Kkizerr,

    Please, follow these steps:

    In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

    Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

    Select the game tile, and then install the TP Medals.

    Select Install, to confirm the installation.
