how to fix license issue with diablo 4 when you purchased the deluxe edition

We need to make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, kindly remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

" REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

The easiest way to tell if the account that you are signed into has the digital license for that particular game is to search for the game in the store and go to it and see if it requires you to purchase
it again or download.

If it says to purchase then the account you are signed into does not have the digital license for the game.

Make sure you choose which version of the game you purchased though too. For instance some games have the standard, gold, deluxe editions if you purchased the Deluxe edition and go and search for the game
and choose the standard edition it is going to tell you that you need to buy it.

I will abandon Diablo 4 if Blizzard pulls the same bull turd that they did with Diablo 3 vanilla (NERF the hell out of Diablo 4 vanilla) when Diablo 4 Ultimate Evil Edition comes out.

Same issue with the deluxe version. It only shows base game for me. Purchase history shows deluxe but no add-ons. No in-game items. And when I go to the store and look at deluxe edition it says purchase not manage. Pretty shady blizzard and Microsoft

As Smwutches says, in order to receive 15,000 Credits for the Games on Demand punchcard, you must complete the offer with three eligible purchases. However, there is currently an issue with the Games on Demand offer properly recognizing the deluxe edition
of Dead Rising 4. Our platform team has determined why this is occurring, and are working on a fix for this issue. When they provide us with an update on the situation, we will update you here.
