This is usually a game side decision on how achievements get distributed and when. It could be something for the game team to patch in if they want to change it or perhaps there is an underlying issue that Microsoft needs to work on for the console handling

Intrestingly I swithced from a component connection to hdmi. (I dont like the look of hdmi) and the framerate issue seeme to have gone. It may be an issue with thet level or perhaps the game does not agree with component. I will switch back to component
and see how things progress.
