Since you said up already updated your controller and the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not make you lose your games, but note that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account again.

Hello Lucas it didn’t work something I forgot to mention is that if I plugin the audio only it works but If I do the thing that allows for both the mic and audio it doesn’t work

The Minecraft problem was my fault the original Xbox account wasn’t signed in that fixed it thank you for trying to help with it though edit the video didn’t help if you have any other ideas just reply edit it works you fixed it and I’m very thankful of everything you’ve done for me your an amazing person edit it worked but it’s decides whether it works or not
