How to fix glitching/crashing on xbox

I have done all of this and it still has not worked

If this is happening with the specific game the issue can be with the game itself but we just need to perform troubleshooting steps. I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that still didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

If that still didn't work, it will be resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

If a hard reset (holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds) doesn't improve the situation, turn the console off again by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

Now hold Eject and Bind buttons and turn the console on. Keep holding down the Eject and Bind buttons, until the console boots to a recovery menu.

Try doing a factory reset keeping your games and apps.

After doing the factory reset, and the console still not working properly, try doing a

factory reset via USB drive as described here.
