Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

We reinstalled and everything was there - 👍 we just made sure we knew xbox live log in / password and i updated epic games account to use xbox login details !
