How to fix fm23 Xbox edition online career not being able to load?

Hello Conor, I don't know if it's on a new generation or old generation console, but if you're on the new one, try this procedure below.

Try this procedure

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select Profile & System > Settings > System > Storage & Devices.

Select Deselect saved games in this location.

Note Selecting this option will not delete your Xbox cloud save games or progress. It will just uncheck the data you saved locally.

Select Yes to confirm.

After the console restarts, try the game again.

FIX for connected careers freeze loading screen!

I found this and it works!

Before going into career screen go to Play Now and let it load thru kickoff ., Quit and then start into or back into a new career. now Every time I go back into career, i play now thru kick off before going into careers!!

No more AfC game load or screen freeze. It works..

Here it is end of September and no fix from EA or Xbox!

I tried the services again and Xbox Live Game Save turned itself back to manual again but was running, and FM23 still did not load

Same here I love playing my career and I call game stop

and they told me it should auto save on its own but it doesn't do it when I get back to my career it shows me this file cannot be loaded so now I do is just hit the Xbox controller button and it willjust take you to your home page but you cannot get out
of career mode or any kind of mode because if you do that it will said this file cannot be loaded and I don't know how its online because I have just playing offline
