    This is going to be a lot so hold on first you have to find a game that does cloud gaming and that you can install (dead space) then sign into the cloud gaming (this will a line your current xbox info to your 360 info) then after installing the game open it and sign in again, and that corrected how you look in the cloud, then go to SSX and just chill because It is constantly trying to align the two in real time, the cloud and ea server I mean, wait for this. Once you do that reinstall Fight Night it should go straight through or it may ask you if you want to agree if you didn't agree on SSX then you're good dizzle da dude on YouTube

    it may help to reinstall the game to see if doing so force the T&C agreement upon launching the game. I see heaps of people are having the same problem, some are doing this, good luck
