How to fix error code drowned on ps5

I have tried the following :

1. deleting and redownloading the game

2. erasing all data and playing as brand new game

3. putting the ps5 in safe mode and rebuilding data base after clearing cache

4. restarting my console

5. connecting other microsoft accounts too see if the one i’m trying to connect is the right one (it is)

so as of rn i am stuck on what to do
