How to fix constant connection issues to games

Sorry to hear about the issue. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Let's do our best to get this sorted out.

First, let's test your network connection from your console.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select Test network connection.
Please also test your NAT type and multiplayer.

I suggest that you also reset your router. Unplug it for at least a minute before turning it back on. Please consider performing a factory reset on your router as well to reser and refresh its configuration.

My one complaint about Ubisoft games is the constant connection you need to Uplay. If you are experiencing issues connecting to Uplay you need to open a Support Ticket with Ubisoft Support. They should be able to fix any issue for you.

What they really need to fix is the annoying lag, the constant problems joining as a clan, and the ever annoying connection issues to their servers.

the game is trash on xbox gamepass pc, steam version there is a mod to fix the screen timing issues and that resolves performance issues. constant issues reported about save files disappearing. their is cheevos listed but if everything else about how the game runs via gamepass then it probably won't work either.

Keep in mind if you are connecting via wifi your wireless router could be your issue. They do die (more than we would like). Even if you are hard wired in through a router try a direct connection to your router, just to make sure. Good luck!
