how to fix chivalry 2

so my chivalry 2 doesn’t load on xbox but it does on pc. It did work on xbox first but then i played on pc game pass to play chivalry 2 ,it worked on pc but i went to get back on my xbox to play it won’t let me i load up the game it says press a to start it loads for like 3secs then crashes but if i get on my alt acc it works but i spent money on my main acc and i can’t access it

Based on the description, you are trying to play Chivalry 2 to your Xbox console and is unable due to crashing issue however it will work when using your alternate account. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. In your Xbox console, are you signed in with the same account that you use to signed in to your Xbox app in your PC where your Xbox Gama Pass subscription was tied up?

2. What do you mean when you have said" it work on my alternate account"? Do you mean you have multiple account sign in to your Xbox Console.

If the game worked with your alternate account, then it is possible that your Xbox Game Pass subscription was tied up to that account and it is the same account that you used to sign in to your Xbox app in your Windows PC.
