How to fix BO3 ABC error code

If the issue still persists, perform a factory reset keep my games and apps:

Note: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options. Be sure to choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option so that you don’t lose any of your games and apps.

This will also help sync the data on your console properly. Once you're done, try to check if it fixes the issue.

everytime i try to install bo3 it moves a little bit then stops and when it does install i am stuck on version 100.0.0.12.0.0 so when i click A it gives me a abc error

Me and my friend are having the game problems on my XBOX SERIES and his XBOX SERIES X. For me I load up BO3 and press A but I get a ABC error code and can’t connect to online servers, but I just tried to play it on a Xbox one and it worked perfectly fine, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my Xbox, downloading BO3 without any DLC packs, nothing works but I try first try on the Xbox one and it works perfectly.

Does someone have A.B.C.D error. I can't even connect to Cod Bo3 online. I bought it at Christmas and I haven't played it yet. Tried port forvarding and other things doesn't help. Does someone know how to fix it ?
