How to fix black screen when I chose game pass in Xbox series x?

I used to use the app multiple times daily until I upgraded to the series x. When I chose a game to install remotely on the Game Pass app my Series X never shows up in the list. Same thing with remote play, even though i have gone through everything I need to to set it up and make it discoverable it still won’t connect.

I'm having same issue with FC 6 game of the year edition on Xbox series X. I've paid for it!! but when you go into the manage this game option to install it, the install screen loads, but then there is just the rotating ring of doom - how to fix please, or if not fixable, how do I get a refund please?

Series X. I can't even get into the game. As soon as I try and launch a new game from the title screen I get a black screen and the loading icon freezes. So frustrating.

Same here. I just bought the season pass and can download all dlcs but the deathstroke challenge pack and the black mask challenge pack. It shows up when I type it in on the series x store, but as you said you are hit with the not currently available”. This needs to be fixed because people are going out of their way to buy the season pass but can’t use the content.
