How to fix auto sign out.

I've gone through all the different questions to try and figure this out but nothing has worked. Did the clear caches, used different browsers, changed my security and nothing has worked. Going to support now but if this doesn't help, I don't know what to do.

I apologize, I forgot to ask, but is this happening only on the xbox.com website? Have you tried to sign in using the Xbox PC App?

It's also a good idea to test it on another device (Mobile/PC).

I believe support can fix it, if it's something with your account.

First, let's make sure your account security information is updated:

Sign in to your Microsoft account: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Verify that your security information is correct and up to date, I also recommend turning on the 2-step verification.

Then, please, try accessing the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Verify that your browser is not preventing a login pop-up from the Microsoft site (this is important).

When a pop-up has been blocked, Edge will display an icon in your web browser's address bar.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

I agree. I believe an auto-sign out is needed. I've gotten used to manually signing out my family members as needed. Turning off auto sign on is not a fix for this, as that is a very useful feature, it just would be nice if it also auto signed out.

Try signing out then back in. I think there is bug in the auto sign in feature. This fixed my mic issue.
