If you're not able to access to this menu, definitely is an issue with the console itself

1). I tried connecting it to a seperate monitor (which I know for sure works) with no avail
2). I don't think I have another HDMI cable, so that wouldn't be a option.

Anyways, that might be what i have to do. I'll try doing the manual factory reset again or force the program via the usb flash drive option which is the only option that I could find that I haven't tried.

May I know if you tried connecting the console to a completely different screen?
Or use a different HDMI cable?

If that's the case and the issue persist, unfortunately it's a hardware issue :c
And you may need to get the console inspected and repaired in the closest authorized retailer or where original parts are used

i've tried pretty much every way possible. The troubleshoot menu won't pop up even with the numerous different styles of doing so. Tried using the USB drive but that didn't boot to anything.

I do want to mention that i was able to gain access to the TS menu before, but after a attempted wipe of everything it stopped working.

It's hard to know what happened exactly
But as the console doesn't turn on and you already tried basically everything from your end
There is no more troubleshooting steps to try :c
