    How to fix a rebuy transaction?


    I bought Skyrim a few years ago on disk, then bought it and the Anniversary Edition on the Microsoft store. I deleted the game for freezing problems, then tried to reinstall today. Now its not showing up in my purchased games, ready to install,or allowing me to get a refund. I have the transaction receipt, but its still saying I have to rebuy the game again on the same account. What should I do to fix this?

    That would be a whole lot more and involve rebuying what we already have. How else can this get fixed? Can ownership be transferred?

    the win10 and the xbox one version of minecraft are two different games, if you want to use it on pc you'll have to rebuy it.

    DO NOT REBUY THE GAME. This is a bug that Microsoft said they will fix in 48 hours. It has affected SO MANY PEOPLE. Just be patient and it should be resolved for you .
