    How to fix a not normal black screen?


    Hi! Today when I turned my Xbox one s on I got a no signal. I searched for hours but everything I tried it didn't work like it doesn't work when I hold the buttons and I tried to go to troubleshoot screen. And even tho the lamp is try to go is on my controller doesn't connect to the Xbox even when I hold the pair button.

    Hi! Thank you for replying. Ye I have done basically everything. When I opened up my Xbox I took the hard drive out and turned the console on again, the first thing that happened was that it went to the troubleshoot screen. Is it my hard drive that should be replaced?

    Sorry to hear about your issue with your Xbox. Have you already tried all the steps provided here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...? If you're unable to pull yp the Xbox troubleshooter page to manually reset it, I am afraid your console needs to be repaired.
