    I’ve had a problem where every single time I’ve tried to download a game on my series x regardless of whether or it’s a Xbox one or series x disc, the download cancels before it even begins and shows an error page saying to wait a full minute before retrying. Regardless of if I wait a full minute minute or restart my console, the same error message comes up the next time I try to download the game off the disc. I’ve tried changing the power mode, checking for an update and have even had a change of internet providers while this issue has persisted and nothing has helped.

    Have you tried to reset your console?

    Please, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
