    I turned my xbox on and now its at 640x480 and when i change it it doesnt connect at all i tried different cables and tv's but no luck

    Please unplug all the cables from your console.

    Wait for about one minute then plug them back in.

    Also plug the console in another outlet if you can then turn it on. Let me know what happens.

    Hi, I have an Xbox one s and when I reset my Xbox my tv doesn't pick up the HDMI I tried connecting my phone to my Xbox via Xbox cloud to see what to do but no luck
